We are into coating and converting various substrates like Films, Papers, multi-layer laminates, and self-adhesive substrates. We have the following capabilities or processes to develop custom products for you-
Coating-
1. Silicon release coating on various paper, polyester, polyethylene and poly propylene rolls up to 1600 mm.
2. Print primer coatings on various papers and films for digital UV label substrates in popular sheet sizes and rolls up to 1600 mm.
3. Print receptive coatings on various papers and films for inkjet, laser and Indigo substrates. Also suitable for large format, signage, wall graphics, photo album and various other media.
4. Protective coatings on papers and films to improve or add various functionalities like rust resistance, surface protection and moisture barrier.
5. Emulsion, solvent and hot melt based adhesive coatings for pressure sensitive labels, performance tapes, self- adhesive applications in automotive and industrial segments.
6. Extrusion coating for applications such as polycoated papers and multi-layer laminates in rolls up to 1600 mm
Converting
1. Conversion of the above substrates in narrow-width rolls as per your requirement.
2. Die-punched labels in roll and cut sheet format.
